Do you want to get outside and enjoy the great outdoors? I know I would like to pretty much every day of the week! I mean who wouldn't agree that sitting in a swing enjoying the breeze or kicking back with your feet up wouldn't be nice once in a while? Indoors or outdoors, it's time to relax!

Whether your the indoors type or one of those people that likes to get outside as much as possible there's always a way to get some relaxation in. For my daughter it's laying on her new giant pelican in our backyard pool.

One thing I look forward to each spring is the weather warming up enough that I can sit out in the backyard and relax. We live in the country so there's not a lot of sounds from car traffic. Just mostly the sounds of nature and our animals out back. It's a great way to unwind at the end of a busy day, just sitting out back and listening to it all. I recently found the best way to do that is in a nice comfortable chair like my new hammock chair. It free hangs from a hanging chair stand so there's no hard bottom like a swing or lawn chair. It's really quite comfortable to sit in and just "hang" out.

The swing is sold separately from the stand so you can just purchase one or the other, but if you don't already have a chair or a stand I highly recommend you purchase them both because they go so well together. The stand is made from heavy duty steel so it won't bend with use keeping your chair at just the perfect height off the ground. Plus it has a carabiner hook that hangs down that securely holds your chair. No need to use straps or any other method of trying to hang your chair securely. Trust me we had a similar type of chair last summer and it didn't end well how we attempted to hang it for use.

I've actually even found my husband sitting out back reading in the hammock chair a few times over the past week. He said it's a nice way to relax a little before he heads into work for the day. He likes to just clear his mind to start his work shift off. I guess that would make a it a great Father's Day gift too if you haven't picked anything our for your dad year this year. Of course it's a great addition to any back yard without the need of a special holiday too!
