Clothing stores are often some of the most interesting places to look at from a design point of view. This is because, first and foremost, the fashion should define the style of the space. If it’s not highlighted and properly presented, no one will want to go through your racks or think about themselves wearing the garments. But if you don’t decorate, maybe the space will feel more clinical, and that hardly inspires creative exploration.

More Saving and Doing with Black Friday at Home Depot
Taking care of your home can sometimes feel like a never ending and sometimes even an expensive endeavor. From the day you first move in and set it up with new furniture, fixtures, and appliances to upgrading your decor and even home repairs down the road. There are so many factors that can make your wallet (and budget) feel like it could bust. Thankfully though there are ways you can save too, especially now that we are in the home stretch heading into Black Friday.

Apparel from the Cracker Barrel Country Store
One of my favorite parts of fall is being able to wear a whole different style of clothes. It's time to put away the tank tops and shorts and trade them for sweaters, cardigans, and scarves. As much as I love the warm sunshine I have to say I really like colder weather clothes. One of the places I like to shop for fall apparel is the Cracker Barrel Country Store. Anytime we stop into Cracker Barrel for a meal I have to go check out what apparel they have for the season.

Is your wardrobe ready for Easter?
I recently received a few items from the Cracker Barrel Old Country Store from their Easter line and I have to say I'm loving them. They always have such a large selection of seasonal products in their store that keeps me coming back all the time to see what's new. Sometimes I don't see anything I think I would like, but this experience really has me second guessing myself now. I was actually quite surprised at how much I am loving the tunic they sent me. Have you ever had one of those moments where you see something and think "Nah, that's not my style." but then you try it on and you're like "WOW, I love it!". Well that was just the case for me in this instance. When the tunic and jewelry arrived I honestly thought no way that's not me.
But just look at me rocking that tunic with my leggings! I actually love that it's long sleeved, but it's light weight so it's not too warm for wearing on a nice day. Plus my arms are protected from the sun. I am really getting into wearing the fashion leggings because they are so comfortable so finding solid color tunics is definitely a big plus in my book. Plus the neutral color makes it easy to pair with pretty much any other color combination. With the basic neckline and solid color pairing up a long necklace really dresses it up too. Not to mention you can easily wear a bracelet with it since it's 3/4 sleeved and doesn't cover your wrists. I guess what I'm saying is it's an awesome top all around! I even found it in other colors when we stopped in to check out their offerings in store after breakfast the other morning too. Double score for this gal!
Did you know that many of the items you see at Cracker Barrel Country Store are also available through their online store? Plus tons of others that aren't in the store so don't skip checking it out. The online store makes a great way to send gifts to family out of town too! I've bookmarked the page because they are always adding new stuff and changing what their current specials are.

Getting cozy with the Cracker Barrel Country Store
When winter starts creeping in I start pulling out all things soft and cozy. That can range from fuzzy blankets to sweaters and vests to keep me warm. I'm not a fan of the cold so I am always on the look out for another fashionable piece to keep me warm.
Take for instance this super cute (and soft) vest. Yes I'm already wearing a shirt and a cardigan sweater in this photo if you're wondering. And like I said I do NOT like the cold. So layering is a big part of my wardrobe when it's cold outside. And right now "baby it's cold outside" (sung in tune of course). So wearing a vest over the top of everything else is very fitting for me. And I have to say it looked pretty good if I do say so myself. The vest is from the Cracker Barrel Country Store - one of my favorites to shop anytime we dine at Cracker Barrel. I've even been know to suggest eating there for dinner just so I could do a little window shopping and hinting around of course.
Another warm and cozy thing I got from the Cracker Barrel Country Store is this Buffalo Plaid Throw. It's super fuzzy on the white backside and velvety soft on the colored side. I love it because I can sit it on my lap while I'm working at my computer. It's just the right size for my legs when I fold it over at the top. My daughter was the snow princess in our local town parade a few weeks ago and even used it to keep her warm. She said she didn't get cold at all with the blanket over her lap and it was in the low 30's in the evening.
Did you know that many of the items you see at Cracker Barrel Country Store are also available through their online store? Plus tons of others that aren't in the store so don't skip checking it out. The online store makes a great way to send gifts to family you won't be seeing for the holidays too! I've bookmarked the page because they are always adding new stuff and changing what their current specials are.

Save time and money with Walgreens Paperless Coupons #WalgreensPaperless #shop
This shop has been compensated by Collective Bias, Inc. and its advertiser. All opinions are mine alone.
Do you like to save time? Do you like to save money? If you answered yes to either of these questions (and I bet you said yes to both) then Walgreens Paperless Coupons are just the thing for you.
Walgreens Paperless Coupons are manufacturer coupons (and even Walgreens store coupons) that are an eCoupon that can be "clipped" and saved to your Balance Rewards card account. Then when you arrive in store you just have the cashier scan your Balance Rewards card or bar code on the app and the savings are automatically deducted. No more fiddling around with the hassle of paper coupons.
How to use Walgreens Paperless Coupons:
- Sign up to be a Walgreens Balance Rewards member (free), if you are not already.
- Download the Walgreens Mobile App on your iPhone or Android and then sign in using your Balance Rewards Account.
- Next find the Weekly Ad & Coupons icon, then click the clip coupons section and start clipping.
- Once you use a coupon it's automatically deleted from your coupon list.
This is my weekly life, printing, collecting, cutting, and sorting coupons into my coupon binder. A little time consuming and at times even somewhat wasteful. Some months when I am cleaning out my binder I find myself throwing away over half of the coupons I printed therefore basically throwing away money. I know what you're probably thinking, what money? But if you think about it every time you print a coupon you're using paper and ink and well, that tends to add up week after week. That's why I was excited to learn more about the Walgreens Paperless Coupons program.
Last week Walgreens had an excellent store coupon I was able to clip on my phone for 59¢ Nice! Pure Baking Soda. That made them less than half price so I was super excited. And with the limit of three boxes I was able to get one for our refrigerator, freezer, and for my pantry for cooking. I knew it was well past time to change out my boxes so this was the perfect opportunity to get back on track. The top of the box even had a place to write the date so I'd know exactly when I opened it. Hopefully that little reminder will help me along next time so I'm not trying to guess how many months the box had been opened.
I don't know about you, but the whole process of remembering to grab coupons on the way out the door seems to be something that just isn't in the front of my mind. Between trying to remember my grocery bags and getting my kids ushered out the door I tend to hurry out and forget to grab my coupons. But with the ability to use the Walgreens Paperless Coupons I don't have to worry about remembering this extra step. They are already loaded right on my rewards card just waiting to be used. Plus when I'm in store shopping and see things marked down on clearance I can quickly open the app to see if there are any extra coupons that might match up with the items to make the savings even better. Oh how I love this digital world!
Have you used paperless coupons before? If so what did you think about using them. If not why haven't you tried them yet?
