5 DIY Plumbing Fixes to help save you money!

Anytime a problem occurs with something in our house I typically turn to my husband. He seems to know quite a bit about most home repairs so it's my first resource. I would much rather try and fix things ourselves then call a repair man.  As a Roto-Rooter® Ambassador I've been learning alot about the brand, and of course more ways to utilize it too. Limited Edition Softsoap Body Wash

It's one of my favorite times of year. The time when I receive my new Limited Edition Softsoap Body Washes for review. I received Limited Edition Frosted Wish and Iced Kiss Moisturizing Body Wash.

The Frosted Wish has a sweet cherry scent that smells divine. And the Iced Kiss has a nice and minty peppermint fragrance. I love the smell of mint, it's so refreshing and makes me think of a clean scent. I like to add just a dab of each one for a mixed cherry and minty scent. But if I had to pick one of the two I think the Iced Kiss is my favorite. It just gives me that clean feeling when I smell it. Both of them of course leave your skin soft and smooth and help replenish the moisture to it too. Definitely a must have right now with the air being so dry. I will be the first to say I'm not a fan of cleaning house. And I can honestly say I don't know too many people that say they enjoy it. Is your bathroom back to school ready?

With back to school in full swing for many parents it's time to make sure you have things in order at home (especially in the bathroom) now that school supplies are a thing of the past. What do I mean by that you ask? My son has a bad habit of not emptying his bathroom trash can often enough so our kitten gets the tissues out of it and plays with them. Disgusting right!? So I was proud to present him with this trash can to replace his open top trash can. Now he can throw away tissues and things and then the cat can't get to them. It's a win-win for everyone because he doesn't get yelled and I don't have to clean up shredded tissues all over my house.

As for the features of the trash can itself I am impressed with just how nice it looks. The stainless steel finish is nice and shiny and it looks good with the black accents. My son likes that he doesn't have to touch the trash can to open it he can just step on the foot pedal and it opens. The hinge works very well and opens the trash can with little effort then automatically closes when you take your foot off the pedal.

Inside the trashcan is a removable plastic container that you can take out and clean if you need to. There's also a metal piece that you can use to secure a trash sack in it.
