I've been on the hunt for a new knife set for awhile now because I've been wanting to organize my mess of a kitchen drawer. I have so many different knives in different colors, styles, and sizes and I rarely even use some of them. The black handles are ergonomic so they are comfortable to hold when slicing and dicing foods. They cut through pretty much everything with ease too which I really like a lot. The blades are ceramic and are very sharp. One of my old knives was getting really dull and it didn't cut very well, half the time I felt like I was trying to saw through meats. Another part about these knives that I like is that they are ceramic so they won't corrode or rust! If you've ever owned cheap knives I'm sure like me you've had them rust before which can be very disappointing. I've gotten rid of more than one because of that actually. It feels good to finally have a nice set that I enjoy using and covers all of my needs without having to have a drawer full of knives.
