From freezer to table in 60 seconds flat!

When I told my daughter I had picked up a bag of Rhodes Microwave Cinnamon Rolls her eyes lit up like it was Christmas morning. I'm honestly not exaggerating. She loves her cinnamon rolls, and she would probably eat them every day for breakfast if it were up to her. But as you know cinnamon rolls require some prep ahead and require you to pre-heat an oven so they aren't always ideal on those mornings when everyone is running behind...which we seem to be alot lately. So you can see now why she would be so excited over being able to pop them in the microwave and have one nice and fresh 60 seconds later. I have to say I was even impressed at how they turned from a frozen "puck" into a nice fluffy hot cinnamon roll in just 60 seconds. Squeeze on one of the individual packets of icing and you're ready for a tasty treat.

Rhodes actually has a very substantial line of products beyond their basic breads that I was recently introduced to. I had no idea there were so many ways you could use their frozen bread products until I received their awesome cookbook. Now I'm baking up lots of tasty favorites for my family and getting lots of compliments along the way. My husband actually asked me when I made the dough for one of the dishes because he never saw any evidence from it being made. I'm one of those messy bakers so usually if I'm using flour it's all over the counter, floor, you name it. So for there not to be a mess he was in shock. I of course did the right thing and told him it was something new I was trying out. :-) I just happened to leave out the part that it was Rhodes frozen dough to start with. Most products you can thaw out in 2-3 hours, or overnight in your refrigerator depending on when you remember to take it out of the freezer. I love this because I can prep the night before and it's good to go the next day when I am ready to start dinner.

From their traditional rolls and bread products to their Warm-N-Serv products there's something you're sure to love.
