Do you like to do activities as a family? I know we like to play games and put together puzzles when we have the extra time. And with Christmas break coming up soon we will have plenty of time to do just that. Sometimes we play board games, and sometimes we play card games it really just depends on how much time we have to play. And now that my daughter is a little older we are able to play a bigger variety of card games, not just kids versions of games. The latest game we've been enjoying is called Touring. It's a fun "car racing" game where each player tries to be the first to finish the race. And of course along the way there are things other players can do to slow you down like give you a flat tire. Definitely one of my kids favorite parts.
Another one we've been playing is Splash Jack Royal - floating playing cards. It's basically a regular set of playing cards that are as you can guess it - waterproof! We've just been using them as a regular deck to play Slap Jack and other card games. I have to say we are all looking forward to trying them out in our pool next summer though!
I'm super excited about putting together our new puzzle The Perfect Tree. It's going to be a lot of fun to do as a family I can already tell by the neat shaped puzzle pieces it includes. I'll be sure to share with you when we are working on it how it goes!
Win it: One lucky reader will win their choice of any Winning Moves Game up to a $30 value. This giveaway will end December 23rd at 11:59 PM EST. The winner will have 48 hours to respond to my email. If no response, a new winner will be chosen. Open to residents of the US.
