My Take:
I had the opportunity to try these out for myself recently and I was actually very surprised at how much I liked them. I had been taking one of those hard to swallow "horse pills" for my multi-vitamin intake. Now I don't have to choke them down anymore because I can chew the gummy vitamins and enjoy them while I'm doing so! They are coated with a light sprinkle of sugar but that doesn't make them super sweet. I like to take them in the morning as soon as I get up so after I eat breakfast there isn't any gummy left behind in my teeth.
