It's time to get OnTask!
I can't even count the number of times I've told myself to stop, take a breath, and refocus. I'm one that can easily loose sight of what I'm supposed to be working on and become distracted by something else. And then of course I forget what my original task was leaving me frustrated and irritated. Ever happen to you? I've tried making lists, but that make me feel overwhelmed seeing how long they are. And so far the only thing I've figured out that works is making my list a whole lot smaller. For me seeing a list of one or two tasks doesn't feel quite so overwhelming, even though in the back of my mind I know there's still much more to be done. By using my new OnTask whiteboard I'm actually able to make three different lists containing one or two simple tasks for me to accomplish. Then if I get them all done I get the satisfaction of erasing them all and starting over with new lists. Believe it or not it really does help narrowing down to the higher priority tasks.
About:
OnTask is a compact three-sided desktop whiteboard that is strategically designed to help you prioritize and complete your most important daily tasks.
Using the OnTask is simple: first, identify three top priorities and write one each side of the OnTask. Once completed, erase the first task and rotate the OnTask to focus the next goal. The clean, simple design of the OnTask also works as a pen holder to make a user's desk and workday more organized.
You can check out their Kickstarter page to watch a video and learn all the in's and out's of the OnTask whiteboard.
