The main problem with juicing is that it can be very expensive to do it at home rather than buying off the shelf.
ReplyDeleteI agree with the first comment about expense of the fruits or vegetables. Also, you have to buy so much of the produce to get even one glass of juice it's almost not worth it. I understand it's a healthy thing to do. I personally don't have the money to a)buy a juicer b)buy the amount of food required to juice.
ReplyDeleteI'll sometimes add juice to my smoothies. I tried juicing but wasn't getting enough fiber.

I'd rather just eat and fruits and vegetables and get the fiber too.

ReplyDeleteWhat a great video. I've been wanting to get into juicing!
ReplyDeleteI am not a huge fan of juicing because it can get very expensive and I enjoy eating whole fruits and veggies. I do love using juices for frozen popsicles, makes for a healthy treat.
ReplyDeleteI like to juice, but smoothies are easier for me. Love them both though!

ReplyDeleteMy mom did some juicing when we were growing up. I haven't had the chance to do it in a while.
ReplyDeleteJuices are especially refreshing when the weather is warm or hot!
