As you probably have read I'm currently on the Nutrisystem program and have made a vow to work on a healthier lifestyle. So far all has been going well, and this week I've been able to incorporate other foods in with my Nutrisystem meals. I can add things like fish to my salads which is where Gorton's Simply Baked products have come in nicely. I can cook up a few pieces and ahve them diced up an ready in the refrigerator for my side salads in the afternoons. They bake up nicely and aren't all greasy, or coated with breading adding extra calories I don't need. Perfect for a little added flavor to my salad. I'm not currently taking part in the 30-Day Realistic Resolution Challenge because I am committed to just the Nutrisystem program at this time, but plan to check it out in the future. It offers so many great tips that truly are realistic and doable for anyone. Plus the added materials I received from Gorton's along with my product coupons offer all the support I could need. I encourage you to check it out for yourself and see if there's something you can incorporate into your lifestyle. You can get started with the links below.
