If you're like me you've probably already started getting into baking mode for the holidays. I know as soon as Thanksgiving passes it seems like there's always a holiday party or get-together popping up where you need to bring a side dish or dessert to share. And well, I'm one of those that always seems to choose to make a dessert. I think I default to that so that I can try out new recipes in the kitchen, but not over do it by having it sit on my counter tempting me to eat way too much of it. I don't know about you, but if it's sitting there I'm more likely to eat a dessert item than if I have to go out of my way to make something for myself. So if I make it to take somewhere else I can have one, then share the rest with others. It's a win-win in my book.

I've really just started getting into my holiday baking so I haven't had a chance to try out my Mrs. Fields Cool Bake pan yet, but I am super excited about it.
