When you first open the package you'll find the contents above: Scale, instruction guide, batteries, and tape measure. I took an up-close picture of the settings button on the back to point out you need to make sure you have it on lb for pounds otherwise you might get a number that really confuses you like I did! I think I fell in love with this scale the moment I stepped onto it. I've actually left it sitting out in the bathroom because I use it so much. It's so much faster than most digital scales. As soon as you step on it you instantly get your weight. You don't have to wait for it to first turn on and set to zero. Just step on because it's already waiting for you! The look of the scale is really nice to so I don't feel strange leaving it out in the bathroom, it actually looks good. Plus it's right there and convenient for me when I am getting ready in the morning or before bed. I'm working on losing some weight still to I am always hopping on to make sure I'm keeping up with my progress.
