My Take:

We loved it.  My daughter is five and she had no problems doing this kit all by herself. She immediately dumped out all the pieces on the table and started looking through them all to see what she wanted to do first.  She colored on the box a little, then opted to start on some jewelry to wear.  For the jewelry you color little stickers, apply them to the jewelry then add a gemstone to the top to make it extra special! She did a really good job all by herself.  She's just at that age if she takes the time she can stay in the smaller lines and make pictures look really nice. As you can see from the photos she did great on her jewelry and her box. She was pretty proud of herself being able to make her own jewelry and box to keep it in.  I find her often playing with it just adding little jewels to the box, or coloring on a part she didn't do before.  A great gift for any little princess in your life for sure!
