Manage your team or group on the go!

We've probably all been there before. That one time where you give in and be "that parent" that signs up to "help" out with one of your kids sports or clubs. I use the term "that parent" because that's what those of us who usually sit on the sidelines call the ones that volunteer to run pretty much everything. But on occasion we think "Sure I can help out, it can't be too much work, right?". And then somehow we end up as the team coach, or leading the club because the other "that parent" realizes it IS a lot of work. I know I've been there before. I volunteered to be my son's Cub Scouts leader for four years. And, yes, it was a good amount of work, and time investment on my part. I know I wish I had a way to keep myself more organized back then beyond using a traditional calendar and emails to parents. Thankfully though, times have changed and there are ways to make better use of our time. One of them is through a really cool app called TeamSnap. TeamSnap is an easy-to-use, indispensable tool for organizing and communicating every aspect of team life. It provides you with a way to manage your team (club, group, etc), schedules, fees/dues, and volunteers all from your smartphone. That means up-to-the-second info on where everyone needs to be and what they need to bring, all while being on the go.

Fifteen million coaches, parents, team managers and players use TeamSnap's web and mobile apps to save their sanity and stay in the know through email, text and instant alerts. I mean lets be honest who wouldn't want to use an app that can keep at least one part of your life completely organized? I know for me I would have loved having this to use all those years ago. Trying to keep track of everything on my own sometimes became very burdensome.

I'm not in the position of needing the TeamSnap app for any commitments at the moment, but you can sure bet when I need it I will be signing up! I already checked it all out just to see how it works and love so many of the features. I think one of my favorites is that I can share photos with others through the app. So much easier than trying to text them to parents after a big event. And the idea of taking away that excuse so many parents give you of "I forgot to put it on my calendar, or I didn't know what time we were supposed to be there." is one that to me is priceless!

Sign-up now and try it for yourself FREE for 3 months (standard trial period is only 21 days), which includes all the features of the Ultra plan.

  12. Wish this app would have been around when my daughter was a child. I was always 'that parent' and ended up in charge of way too many things.
