McDonald’s McCafé 100% Colombian Medium Roast - Try it TODAY!


As part of an ongoing commitment to build a better McDonald’s and meet changing consumer tastes and expectations, McDonald's is test marketing a new roast of coffee. McDonald’s customers can try its new 100% Colombian Medium Roast coffee brew at 111 McDonald’s locations in greater Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana. The new McCafé 100% Colombian Medium Roast is more robust than the current Premium Blend, which is a sweet, smooth blend with subtle nutty notes. The current McCafé Premium Blend is also made with 100% Arabica beans. During the test, McDonald’s will continue to offer its current McCafé Premium Blend at all 500-plus locations in the greater Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana area.

About McCafé 100% Colombian Medium Roast:
The new McCafé 100% Colombian Medium Roast is sustainably sourced and brewed using 100% Colombian Arabica beans, making it the first single-origin coffee offered by McDonald’s.

The new McCafé 100% Colombian Medium Roast coffee is a multidimensional coffee with dark chocolate, full-body, rounded-acidity, with lingering notes of caramel in the finish.
McDonald’s new McCafé 100% Colombian Medium Roast coffee is entirely sourced from the Cauca and Antioquia regions of Colombia. 
Single-origin coffee is increasingly popular among coffee lovers and means it is brewed with beans sourced from a specific region. 
The new McCafé 100% Colombian Medium Roast is 100% sustainably sourced through McDonald’s SIP program.
