The Krystal Company launched their new Holiday Stuffing recipe at the beginning of November providing you with a fun alternative to your traditional stuffing recipe, just in time for the holidays! And to help you have the opportunity to enjoy it they are offering an awesome Krystal themed prize package to you my readers!
The stuffing recipe is as follows:
Stage one:
Combine the following ingredients in a large mixing bowl, using a wire whisk:
1 quart - Chicken Stock
1 cup - melted margarine
1 1/4 cup - beaten eggs
1/2 teaspoon - Black pepper
1 1/2 tablespoon - sage
2 teaspoons - Kosher salt
2 cups - 1/4" diced celery
2 cups - 1/4" diced onion
Step two:
1.) Preheat your oven to 375 degrees
2.) Tear each burger (you only need 20 mini burgers!) into six pieces and place into stage 1 mixture
3.) Gently fold the burger pieces into the mixture using a rubber spatula (be careful not to over mix)
4.) Spray a 9x13'' baking pan with non-stick spray
5.) Pour stuffing mixture into the baking pan
6.) Bake un-covered for 35 - 45 minutes
