This Iron Double Hammock Fruit Bowl is perfect not only for fruit, but for other snacking items too. I know I personally am not always in the mood for fruit and like to have other options handy that I can choose from. That's whats great about this stand is that it has two baskets one above the other. It doesn't take up any extra space on the counter, and you can have more snacking options readily available. Come summer time I'll be filling mine with fresh apples, peaches, and pears from our back yard. The other nice part is that it keeps your fruit up off the counter and not in a bowl where it might get knocked around causing bruising.
