Cypher Kids Augmented Reality Cards #CypherKidsClub #CBias

Cypher Entertainment has come out with a really cool new product. They are augmented reality cards called Cypher Kids Learning Cards. They work in conjunction with an app that's available on both the Apple and Android market. When you first open the Cypher Kids Augmented Reality App on your device you get this as a main screen.  You can either go and explore the cards, or you can activate your camera so you can take photos with the card features.

The next step is to pick the card you are going to scan so it knows which one to activate.  We started with the Wild Animals Adventures set (there are also numbers and letters card sets).

It then tells you to place your AR card in front of your device.  So as you can see in the screen shot we placed the card in front of my daughter's iPod. It was as simple as that to activate the augmented reality feature.

Since we picked the monkey card it brought to 3D life this cute little guy on her iPod screen. At this point it begins telling you all about the particular animal on the screen, giving all sorts of great facts. It even gave options to get interactive with the animals like making the monkey jump off the branch.

The great thing is you don't have to keep the iPod fixed on the AR card after you've activated it. You can move it all around the room and place your monkey places like on the wall above your family television!

Buy it:  Cards can be purchased at select Target stores.
