In our quest for making better eating choices we have been trying out some alternatives to your traditional pastas. I tried to go carb free awhile back, but it didn't last very long because I love pasta. I knew I needed to cut back on my pasta intake though after having seen the results of the time I did cut it out of my diet. And that's what lead me to trying pastas from the Modern Table Meals line. Their line of pastas have a good flavor and are actually good for you too! I've made several of them for my family with meals and most of the time they haven't even noticed the difference. For a mom this is a big deal because no mom wants to battle with the kids about how their food tastes "funny" because it's an alternative to what they are used to.
