Get crafty with RoseArt CharMinis and Ultimate Artist

My daughter was a born crafter. Whether it's making something from a kit or coming up with something completely on her own she's pretty talented. Needless to say when I get crafting kits delivered for review she gets pretty excited.

One of our recent kits was the CharMinis Deluxe Jewelry Studio from RoseArt. I for one thought this one was actually pretty cool. You can keep it simple, or get pretty "crafty" in your creating of custom charms. Each kit comes with hundreds of options to make colorful, sparkly tiny charms. You get to select charm pieces you want to combine, fuse them together with water, then stack and watch as they magically stick together. And to top it all off the Glitterizer globe allows you to add sparkle and gloss. Once you've created them you can add the charms to bracelets and necklaces (parts included in the kit) or display on the included stand.

Some other fun things we received were products from the Ultimate Artist line from RoseArt. It's their tween coloring line and is perfect for any aspiring artist. I have to admit though I was pretty tempted to keep them all for myself though. I'm a big fan of adult coloring books and fancy markers and the ones we received were pretty cool. The coloring book for one was really neat because it had foil, translucent, fuzzy, and artist paper types for the photos you get to color. This was a first for me so I was raring to go when it arrived and wanted to jump right into coloring. My daughter did "let" me color one page just to try it out. She even said I could color the peacock watercolor canvas. But she insisted that she gets to be the one to do the Pixel Dot Painting so I of course agreed. I'm gonna say this array of coloring fun is going to definitely get lots of use in our house.
