Ready, Set, HOOK!

When it comes to buying things for my husband and teenage son for Christmas I know I can never go wrong picking up fishing lures. They both have quite a bit in their tackle boxes, but as anyone that's ever fished knows there's always that chance you'll get caught up in a tree, bush, or something in the water and lose you're treasured lures.

I'm not into fishing like the guys are so I couldn't really tell you the difference between lures. If asked they can both go into great detail about what each one does, the type of fish you can catch with it and why it's made a certain size/shape etc. From everything I've heard through their stories I do know that Rapala and Storm 360GT Searchbait are both awesome lines of fishing lures. See us ladies do listen...when it's important. And luckily for my guys I listen at just the right times so their stockings will both be filled with lots of good quality lures for their upcoming fishing expenditures.

Storm 360GT Searchbait
Creating the ultimate illusion of natural movement, the 360GT Searchbait pairs a lifelike, single-ball rattling jig head with a realistic, phthalate-free soft body with 3D holographic eyes and a toe-in boot tail that elicits incredible action at any retrieve speed.

Rapala RipStops
Weighing ¼ of an ounce, RipStops cast far with little effort and dive up to 3 feet. Featuring modified flat-sided bodies, they cut easily through the water and give off maximum flash. Their two-part plastic construction includes non-inserted lips. Containing no rattles, they swim silently. RipStops come armed with two sticky-sharp, light-wire VMC ® Treble Hooks. They measure 9 centimeters and are available in 14 color patterns.

About:With an 80-year history of creating memories on the water, few brands know what makes fishing fanatics tick quite like Rapala. Whether they need a few new additions to their angling arsenal or are starting from scratch, the Rapala family of brands is a virtual one-stop shop for anyone that loves spending time chasing a huge hawg or legendary lunker.
