How about some classic TV shows for the long weekend?

I don't know about you, but shows now days just aren't the same as they were when I was growing up. That's why I get so excited when I see old TV shows come out on DVD. Especially when it's the whole season, or multiple seasons. One of the shows I recently found was Quantum Leap. It's something I can enjoy with my kids and not have to worry about their being offensive scenes and profanity. Plus it's a combo pack that has two whole seasons all together!

Seasons 1 & 2 - All 31 Episodes

What if you had a second chance to put things right? Take a trip through time with the daring Dr. Sam Beckett (Scott Bakula, TV's Enterprise and NCIS: New Orleans) and his hilarious hologram guide, Al (Dean Stockwell), in 31 extraordinary, groundbreaking episodes of the Emmy® winning series QUANTUM LEAP.

Journey along as Sam leaps into the bodies and lives of people throughout history to "put right what once went wrong." Twisting the hands of fate, he hopes to find some insight into the jump that will finally take him home. Don't miss a minute of the adventure in this combo pack with Seasons 1 & 2.

Another that was actually one of my all time favorites was Knight Rider. To watch David Hasselhoff and Kit on their adventures was so much fun. And now I can share that with my kids so they know exactly what I'm talking about when I refer to "Kit the talking car". Looks like I have plenty of entertainment for the family when the next spell of rain hits!

Season 1
Gear up for action with superstar David Hasselhoff and his supercar, K.I.T.T., as they throttle crime in every high-octane episode from the first season of Knight Rider. The series follows the thrilling adventures of Michael Knight, a detective thought to be dead, who's been given a new face and identity. His assignment: to fight crime with the help of an artificially intelligent, talking car named K.I.T.T., a high-speed, futuristic weapon outfitted with high-tech gadgets and a personality of its own.

Season 2
Ride shotgun with mysterious crime fighter Michael Knight (David Hasselhoff) and the hottest car on four wheels, K.I.T.T., as they chase elusive criminals in each action-packed episode. The heart-pounding second season of Knight Rider packs in even more thrills, more high-speed chases, and more full-throttle excitement with dynamic duo Michael Knight and K.I.T.T. in the action series that left all others in the dust.
