As a parent I’ve had struggles with both of my children having tummy troubles over the years. And as their mother it breaks my heart to see them in pain and struggling to tell me exactly what it is that’s going on. Without all the insight we have as parents our kids can’t easily tell us if they have a simple stomach ache or if it’s something a little more complex like indigestion. They just know that they don’t feel good and want us to make it all better for them. So like most parents over the years I’ve also tried different home remedies and even some over-the-counter products to try to help my kids with their tummy issues. So far I have to say I haven’t really found the perfect go-to solution for their tummy needs. It seems like it either makes them have diarrhea or stops them up. There hasn’t been anything that just keeps them regular and without stomach ache problems. This in particular has been a struggle with my 8-year old daughter over the last few years. She’s always had trouble being regular and having stomach ache pains randomly for what seems to me like no reason. I’ve tried stool softeners, antacids, and pear juice with nothing really seeming to work all the time. She gets some relief then is back to having problems again.

Recently I was given the opportunity to try out FlorastorKids and am happy to report that so far it’s been working well for my daughter. #FlorastorKids is a yeast-based probiotic supplement that’s gentle enough for children as young as two months old. It comes in a powder packet form that makes it easy to take along with you on the go and you can add it to pretty much any beverage or soft food. You don’t even have to worry about fighting with your children to take it if they don’t like to take anything they think is medicine. Luckily for me my daughter doesn’t mind taking hers because she’s noticed that it helps with her stomach issues. She actually reminds me if I forget to get it out for her. She takes one packet in the morning with breakfast and another in the evening with dinner. She’s mixed it with water, juice, and applesauce and said they all taste good. I have to say I am very glad I was given this opportunity because now I can provide my daughter with some tummy relief!
