I haven't had a chance to get to the store yet to get some of the grilled seafood options from Gorton's but plan to this weekend on my shopping stock-up trip. The other night for dinner we did have some of the Skillet Crisp Tilapia. I have to say I was very impressed with it. It's probably the next best option after the grilled as it only has a light coating of breading on it. It's packed with lots of great tilapia flavor. And for the kids who like a more common fish flavor I also baked up some Potato Crunch Fish Fillets. I like how all of their products cook perfectly in the oven and come out nice and crisp.
